New job, new environment, new people

Haritok dah masuk minggu ke-3 aku keja baru tok. So far so good, walaupun aku confident dapat sik aku recruit student, and pande sik aku polah consultation ngn student sal courses2 ya.. Hmmm, bengong ada juak aku tok. Mcm ney mun aku sikpat recruit sorg pun student? haihhhh!!! tp sikpa, aku akan try cari at least sorg student utk 1st month tok! Environment sia ok lah, sejuk..haha!! Sikda berpanas2 mcm diam lam cabin dolok. Sikda juak hari2 makan debu rah site. That's good thing. Tp yg leceh nya hari2 terpaksa pake smart2, sikpat pake cincai2 kdk dolok gik. Hari2 perlu iron baju keja, huhuu.. Pasya hari2 kenak pake heels sak nmpk smart! wow!! Tp smenjak aku salu pake heels tok, alu pande dah ku drive k heels. Sik kdk dolok, mesti ku bekal lepar jepun pake dreb. Hahah!! Good thing!! Sikda banyak glak lah mok ku crita, hari2 ku biasa2 jak kat sia. Aku lom ada kawan glak kat sia, mun lunch aku kuar jak ngn sapa2 yg ada. Sikda mileh siapa2. Siapa yg mbak, org ya lah ku ekot. Sik kira grup cina ka, malay ka, dayak ka..semua aku sapu jak. Nyaman juak mcm ya, sik aku stuck ngn cgek grup ajak.. Keja sia ada kepak ckit, bukan kepak keja, tp kepak bjln sia ctok k heels tinggi2.. Kepe kaki i tawww!! hahahaha!! lah, tok jak crita ku aritok, ciao bebeh!!

Monday

Today is Monday. The weather today is bright sunny in the morning, and stormy rain in the evening. Such a dramatic change of weather in a day. As usual, Monday is a lazy day at work. Im sooo not in a mood to work, but at the same time, i have to work b'coz a lot of work to settle. Today, my health condition wasn't good. I got sore throat, coughing, headache and cold. It's almost 5pm now, and i can't wait to go back. I wanna go back, bath, eat, take medicines, then off to bed. I wanna haf early sleep tonight so that i can recharge my energy. With hope tomorrow will be a better day for me, better health condition.. I can't stand this weak condition at work.. i wanna go backkkkkk!!!

Bila larut malam..and mata sikpat tdo..

Haihhhh ehhhhh mata tok, suka na juak minta puji. Dah ko 2.30am tok, tp masih sikpat tdo. Eishh, udah la esok keja. Kompom susah aku mok angkat pagi esok. Hmmm, sikpa la. Aku teruskan jak la menaip entry blog tok. Klak2 aku dah kepak mker nak ngato ayat, mmg ku mula ngantok, haha!! Oh ya aku aritok tek pegi polah atm maybank kad ku baru. Malam td, lepas balit dari spring ngn atul babe, aku singgah Guardian Satok ya, mok beli barang dipesan mak ku. Kira tek mok pegi withdrraw duit, ya aku buka wallet, aku ngga sikda bayang kaler kuning+itam ya. Ya aku pun try recall2 balit either aku ada ngkah lam beg lain ka sik. Dah ku ingat2 balit, last transaction ku polah kat atm maybank ialah sabtu lepas ya tek. Pasya aku balit umah, nyelongkar beg aku secara besar-besaran, wallet pun di cek ku, tapi malang nya sikda temu kad ya. Aku saspek kad ya tercicir ari sabtu ya. Lalu aku pun call la maybank then cdak block atm kad aku ya. Aritok tek, time lunch pegi lah aku ngn mel ke Maybank polah kad baru. Nasib sik lama proses ya, lam 10minit jak. Lepas ya aku pun dah ada kad baru. Tp bukan nok kuning itam ya gik, cdak beri mok ada buah cherry ya... aih, cute jak upa kad ya.. hahaah!! Mok crita hal kat opis gi tok. Aku knektok rasa dah ok ckit keadaan kat opis. Aku & mel dah mula dapat ngato keadaan sebelum tok. Kmk 2 dah sik kdk mula2 ya. Dah dapat kenalpasti apa yg betul, apa yg salah. Yg salah ya, kmk 2 dah dapat solution ut fix kan keadaan ya. Cuma perlu ckit masa gik... Mudahan la kmk 2 dapat handle admin project tok dgn sistematik & teratur. Sak in future, time dah abis projek, senang mok retrieve dokumen2.. Haaa, dah ngantok mata ku eh. Tdo lok.. adios....

Busy beee...

Ever since i started working here, at our Matang site office, i've really really been busy like hell. Gosh!! Too many things to be settle, with so little time. I really need more time to fix in this job. I realize that the problem to this workload is that the person in-charge before leaves us lots of shit!!! What she did is she just went away leaving loads, and loads of unsettle job. Task that she was unsure on how to do, she just leave it. Simply leaves her shit after doing toilet business, that's how i can simplify the explanation. I sometimes feel really fucked of with this girl!! She is such an irresponsible person on earth. At least, if she really doesn't have the time, or don't know how to settle things, she should inform me & mel. Tell us properly, so that we can settle it. Not just leave it like that, until we discover it ourself, when other people ask about it. It'll look like we're the stupid one b'coz don't know our job. And at that time, we'll face trouble when the things are urgent. We couldn't manage to settle it on time. Yesterday situation really makes me mad. The situation is, boss inform me that there'll be internal meeting at 3pm. So, i started looking for minutes of meeting. After few hours of searching, i still can't find it. Both hard copy & soft copy are not available. Then i called her (person in charge before me & mel)..this is how the conversation look like:

Me: umm cney minit meeting internal no.24 ho?

She: ermmm, cuba ktk cari lam fail, ada kali..

Me: SIkda, kmk udah cari... softcopy lam pc pun paling latest minit 23.

She: ohhh...kmk rasa blum polah gik minit ya...

(at this moment, i was like... WHAT!!!!??? the hell!!)

Me: cmne lah tok?

She: SIkpa, klak kmk polah minit, then email ngn ktk..

Me: ok...

After few minutes later, i realize that the minutes must be attached with technical attachment. I called her again...

Me: mcm ney ngn attachment semua tok?

SHe: Ohh.. ya ktk perlu minta ngn cdak2 ya semua.

Me: Aih, sempat ka mok plah semua tok? meeting kol 3 bah...

She: hurmmm... ya pande2 ktk lah mok usahakan..push kan cdak...

(this time, i was really angry... her statement 'pande2 ktk lah usahakan' makes me feels like killing her!!.. How could she do such thing. That's her responsibility not ours. The meeting was held far before we started there. why didn't she do her job by preparing the minutes? gosh!! If she's really2 busy with other work, why don't she just inform us earlier, we can help her to do that.. arghhhh... im so mad at that time. I didn't end the phone conversation properly. I didn't even talk politely say thank u.. I juz hung up the phone harshly... damn it!!

And ya,the minutes she did was like so-so... i need to update it again after all..

New workplace, new faces, new environment, new..new...

Hola people!! Yaaa... Aku kini sudah mula bekerja di site matang. Last week aku start kat sia, not officially start la, tp just datang ofis utk see how things goes and take time utk sesuaikan & berkenalan ngn team2 baru. Walaupun mekorg keja under sama company, but we seldom meet sebab mekorg attached to our project team masing2. Spatut nya mekorg officially start kat sia on 1st May 2011, tp bagus juak datag awal sak sik blur2 gik klak. Ada la blajar ckit2 gney sistem kat sia, ada lain ckit la, maybe perlu sbulan utk sesuaikan diri sepenuhnya. Biasa la, bila berlaku transition tok, nang ada susah kit. Perlu blajar baru, all we need is time. Hope everything goes well during this transition. (Finger cross baby!!!)..

Im sure gonna miss all these guys... Our lhdn site team..

New day..new story...

That's the unique thing about life. Every day is a new day, and every new day will have it's own new story. That's why we called it life. Oh ya, aritok sik ku mok berkata2 mutiara segala ya. Aku mok crita hal aritok. 6 April 2011, adalah merupakan tarikh kmkorg serahkan projek tok ngn cdak LHDN dikpun. Hari tok nang dah lama di tunggu2. Selesai jak majlis tok, maka selesai sudah la tugas2 mekorg kat site ya. Nang rasa legaaaaa laaa... Sebab before majlis tok tek, nang busy la gago polah preparation, this & that. Tp mcm biasa, masih under defect liability period la. Ya lain kes la. Nok tok tek, lain kes juak. Secara rasmi nya, tmpt ya dah jadi hak miliK LHDN. Maka, kmkorg pun bakal lah meninggalkan site opis mekorg ya. Tp blum knektok la, time tok mekorg gik final packing barang2 mekorg. y end of next week, baru mekorg akan chow sepenuhnya. Part yg sedih nya, mekorg semua akan terpisah2. Masing2 diassign ke tmpt lain2 utk bekerja. Aku akan ditempatkan kat Matang.

And hari tok juak tek, baru la ada senang ckit, ada masa ku cari2 layout barru utk blog ku tok. Lamak dah nya sik tuka baju baru. Tedah bloggie ku tok eh. But now, i've change her a new baju... It's pink in color, ehehehe.. And aku dah remove countdown utk vacation ya sebab 1 day left.. Im sooo excited. Setelah lelah2 keja, now it's time to relax. Sik sangka ku, date vacation nok aku pilih tok cun glak ngn timing projek abis. Nang cun la.. Pas cuti2 tok klak, then we have few days balit ke site lamak, utk angkut barang. Then, the next week, baru start kat tmpt baru. Ummm.. lom tauk gik gney keadaan kat tmpt baru ya klak. Hope everything goes well.. Finger cross.. :)

WOrk almost done..

Yadaaa!!! Kat opis knektok aku dah sikda PC and sikda workstation sebab mekorg dah start mok clear up JKR office. So, aku pindah ke opis dibah, which was great b'coz im not alone & bored. I got meli2 here.. yadaaaa!! hahahaha!! Proses pack up barang2 ku pun kira dah 80% setel. Utk JKR part la, utk Javel blum gik sebab masih ada keja polah. Rasa2 nya, sik lamak gik mekorg akan chow dari ctok. Yang pasti nya, end April, sure mekorg move out. Gonna be sad sebab office tok akan diroboh and sikpat ngga gik opis tok gik klak. Hanya akan dapat ngga building2 LHDN dari tepi jeraya.. Tinggal kenangan jak tapak tok klak.. ehehehe...

End of February 2011

Hari tok dah 28hb Feb 2011. Spatut nya esok is the last day mekorg kat site tok. Esok spatut nya hand over date projek tok ngn cdak client. Tapi rasa nya by mid month tok bok mekorg pindah kali. Masalah nya pindah ke cney? Oh ya, lupa mok crita. Keja nok aku interview kat obyu, which supposed aku dah dapat ya, end up aku sik dapat. So, im not gonna be in obyu. Latest news i got from our PM, i'll stay in Javel. Aku kemungkinan besar akan ditransfer ke projek matang. Akan ada restructure lam Javel.. Tp tok semua lom kompom, and mekorg semua gik tunggu memo. And now, still waiting... But then, im glad that im still in Javel. :)

I don't like this..

Ola peepsss... I got news from HR yesterday, and it really makes me MAD!!! i feel so PISSED OFF!! Im not gonna say what it's about coz it's not confirm yet. Everything is soooo in "question mark" situation, which i hate it so much. I did mention that i've got the job in OBYU, but now something happened, and everything is in a mess now. I got so headache with all these stuffs. It isn't my fault, i just got caught in a middle. Situation become more complicated rite now. And i don't know what im supposed to do. Who to be blame? I don't know. I hate this!! I HATE!! It kinda ruin my mood whenever it think about it. This is so stressful!! Ishhh.. I don't know what will happen to me in April. We'll just wait and see. When things settle, i'll share the whole story with u guys later. But that would takes monthssss.. *sighhhh*.. Rite now i feel wanna eat ice cream. Eat loaddddddsss of ice cream!!! I know it's cold rite now, but ice cream cheer me up!! I don't care if it makes me fat.. i DON'T FUCKING CARE!!

New layout for 2011..

Yaaa... tauk ku dah 10 ari new year berlalu, aku bok mok celebrate new layout skin ku. Tp sikpa bah, bok jak 10 ari berlalu. Gik new year mood bah. New year cina blum gik tok, so kira masih la new year mood bagi aku.. hahah!! So, tadaaa!!! Presenting my new layout for my bloggie. Kira tok mcm baju baru k bloggie ku bah. Boring dah nya pake baju lamak. Mcm biasa lah, aku nang akan pilin layout yg simple yet adorable. ( in my eyes la). Sik tauk pendapat org lain. Maklum la kita manusia tok nang lain2 citarasa bah nak. Mati lah mun semua sama citarasa. Pasya masing2 brebut benda nok sama. Bf pun mok brebut klak. Aihhh, alu lah panjang cita ku tok tekkk..hahaha!!

Ok, beralih kepada topik pekerjaan ku. Sik berasa nak oo, dah mok 2 taun ku keja kat Javel. Aku kat site tok dari nya luas mcm padang, smpe la knektok dah berdiri sgala dak bengunan ya. Dah siap cat gik ya. Kira dah mok siap la tek porjek tok. Cuma gik tinggal benda kecik2 ya gik lom polah. Benda kecik2 ya salu nya leceh ho. Hopefully dapat la siap projek tok by the time hand over date ya klak. Mun ekot, bln Mac tok hand over date. Tedah, jaik juak ati ku ngga pastok sikda gik current office ku tok. Kenak roboh bengunan opis sementara mekrog tok klak... otedahhh.. Sedih eh. Hmm, kontrak aku pun 1 Febuary 2011 abis. Tek cdak HR da call aku pdh contract aku sik kan kenak sambung gik. So cdak offer aku post exe assistant ya, nok dah di tebiu ku sejak Nov 2010 ya tek. Smpe 4 stage tebiu ya kohh.. Apa tek aku akan jadi assistant kepada 4 org tuan director. Nebes juak ati ku mok keja tok koh. Takut ku klak alu sik pande keja ndah.. Oh ya, i've got the job!! hahaha!! Tapi masalah nya, cdak mok offer aku by time kontrak Javel aku abis, which mean 1 Feb aku akan start kat HQ.. Masalah nya gik, projek mekorg tok abis bln Mac, so susah juak aku nak ninggal keja2 aku nok lom siap ya. PM pun mesti susah mok cari org ganti aku, dah la ngak sbulan. Sapa mok keja sbulan ya jak nak? Mok train nya keja gik under boss JKR cerewet ku ya. Mati lah mun cmya. Ya PM aku tek request ngn dah HR utk aku keja kat site Javel at least smpe bln Mac la, alang2 ngabis projek ya. Tp aku gik sik sure tok 1st Feb tok aku masih perlu report duty ke HQ ka sik? Ummm... sikpa la, esok aku tanya PM lok, then re-confirm ngn dak HQ. Mun kat HQ klak, aku dah sik keja under Javel dah, i'll under OBYU.. Masih building sama lah ngn Javel, tapi OBYU tok head group of companies. Javel is under OBYU. So, masih ada la ku geng2 kat sia klak.. ehehehe... Im happy to meet geng2 Javel ku kat HQ.. But im gonna miss Meli.. :( Mudahan juak nya di transfer ke Javel HQ sak ku pat temu nya sia.. ehehehe... Hopefully (finger cross)....

Oh so routine...

Everyday my routine in the office are the same: Once i step my leg out of the car, walking over to my office, which i have to go through the construction site. Entering the 1st floor office to sign in my attendance, then haf a small chat with Melissa, haha!! Than baru i go upstairs to my office. Before entering my office, checking and updating the consultant attendance book. Then, baru lah masuk, go to my workstation, switch on my air con, switch on my PC. While waiting for my PC to be readily on, I go over to the end of my office to switch on the light, then to the pantry to switch on the Water Dispenser machine. Then to my bosses office, on their air con. On my bay back to my workstation, i usually check the photostate machine whether any fax coming in and to make sure the machine is in standby by condition. Then back to my seat, log in my PC, and first thing I do is open my MP3 playlist, then connect my internet wireless usb dongle, then after internet line is ready, i will log in my YM, then check my Yahoo & gmail mail. To check is there any job from my boss. If yes, i'll settle job which i found urgent. If no, then i'll proceed to see other tasks, if any of it need to be done urgently, i'll do it as soon as possible. Then, after im free, i'll log in my FB., hahaha!! then that's how my day goes on... and on...

I hate them!!

Urghhh... what shud i say. I'm so pissed off eh when dealing with this people from this organization. They're so extremely fussy and act like hell. I just hate it every time they came over, and give me trouble when im trying to make their life easier. I haf this thought in mind, i think they're weird people who loves to complicate the simplicity.. Why do they always make things complicated. Ishhh... mek sik suka!! mek sik suka!! i hate!! i hate!!... I've been very kind to them, helping them with this, and that.. but they don't seem to appreciate. Pleaseeee lah hoh... bodoh ka ktkorg ya. At least appreciate me a bit la. Even i know that u guys will never gives me this 'classical guitar', as appreciation (aih, tiba2 melelat hal guitar), but just take what i've done. U don't have to be too choosy and fussy ba.. paloi ktkorg ya!! yahhh... Ok..ok.. off to another story. Im soo in love with the design and color of classic guitar (eventho im not quite sure how it sounds like when played/strummed/pluck)..but i just love it. I dream to have one for myself. Aok bah..aok bah...tauk ku ku sik pande main gitar, tapi basic2 chord ya ku pande juak ba. Mun ktkorg dah beri ku hadiah guitar tok (sesi- berangan-muka-sik-malu), pande juak ku blajar main nya bah... haha!!.. ok la, bagi sapa2 yg sik tauk gney upa idaman hati ku ya, tok la gamba nya.. Ehemm, Santa Cruz pleaseee (wenna, hentikan angan2 org beri gitar ya, kumpul duit beli lah sendiri occay!!)

Karangan bertajuk, Kerja Ku...



Minggu ini merupakan mingu kedua saya bekerja di tempat kerja baru ini. Setelah hampr 2 minggu di sini, saya dapati yang saya amat selesa dengan pekerja2 lain, dari boss hingga lah 'tealady'. Mereka semua mempunyai hubungan setiakawan yang amat saya kagumi. Seolah2 tiada jurang perbezeen antara boss dengan pekerja. Semua di layan sama rata. Itu yang amat membuatkan saya selesa. Sekaligus menimbulkan suasana tempat kerja yang ceria, walaupun di saat2 semua amat 'stress' dan sibut dgn tugasan masing2. Namun gelak ketawa masih kedengaran sepanjang masa. Walaupun saya masih baru di situ, namun saya tidak kekok untuk bergaul dengan semua orang. Rasa seperti sudah lama kenal dengan mereka semua. Tidak seperti di tempat kerja lama saya. Semua amat sombong dan mementingkan diri, sehingga membuatkan saya tiada semangat untuk turun bekerja. Tidak seperti di tempat kerja baru saya ini, tiap pagi saya akan bersemangat untuk turun bekerja (tapi kdg2 bila malas menyelubungi diri, mmg la rasa tidak bersemangat, haha!!). Tapi setakat ini, saya sentiasa bersemangat. Sentiasa juga bersemangat unutk memakai pakaian yg 'gap2' dan 'ngesep' diri untuk turun bekerja...hahaha!!! Kesimpulan nya, saya selesa bekerja di tempat baru ini... Sekian..

1st Day...


Today, officially, i joined Javel's Group. My first day was fine,nothing much happen. Just mingling around the office, and blajar lah apa2 yg patut. I must learn as much as possible, before i move to site office. Mun sik, mati lah aku blur time ya klak..dah xda org tolong aku sia..hahaha!! sikpa la, pande lah ku blajar slow2 klak...I love the design and environment in my office,nang ala2 casa Impian jak..hahaha...rasa mcm masuk lam showhouse jak... Nang modern lah lam opis ya.. cool beb!!! Manusia2 nya pun ok jak ku ngga, stakat tok laa..but then, mun dh pindah site, ala2 kontena tupperware la opis ku..hahahah!!!
