Pengangguran di Kalangan Graduan!!

Ini lah isu yang sedang hangat dibincangkan sejak akhir-akhir ini.Dalam berita tv,radio,surat khabar..isu ini menjadi topik utama.Hmmm,dan aku merupakan salah seorang dari berpuluh ribu graduan yang menganggur itu..To make it worse,Sarawak merupakan salah sebuah negeri yang mempunyai bilangan graduan menganggur yang tertinggi dalam negara.Eh..bukan tertinggi la,tapi Sarawak berada dalam rank ke-3 tertinggi,selepas Selangor..this is really BAD news for me!!Because i'm one them.Owh,NOOO!!I'm very worried

Siapa kah yang patut dipersalahkan?? This situation is getting really serious now.Adakah para graduan itu sendiri yang malas?Ibu bapa pula tidak ambil tahu? Para employer yang cerewet?Pihak universiti yang tidak membantu? Kerajaan dengan polisi2 yang bermacam ragam? dan pihak2 yang sewaktu dengan nya...sebenarnya semua pihak perlu memainkan peranan.

Ibu bapa perlu memberi sokongan moral kepada anak2 mereka. Para graduan itu sendiri pula perlu berusaha untuk mencari pekerjaan.Biar lah bermula dari bawah.It's ok lah.But,in the real situation,even those para graduan itu sendiri tidak kisah untuk bermula dari bawah,but it's still a problem for them to get a job!! why?? From my very own experience as a job 'hunter'..bukan job seeker gik yaa!!hahaaa..even only if we're applying for Clerk Admin,dah kira ok dah if diploma graduate wanted to apply for the post clerk,and the qualification is just SPM/STPM...BUT,most of employer demanded for experienced people.They use to write like this in the vacancy advertised."With at least 3-4years working experience"..ulang skali lagi,"AT LEAST" That is bull shit..How can fresh grad have AT LEAST 3-4 years experience if they're not given chance?!Even 1year experience also impossible for them to get.At least la buat on job training ka.Employer should think in long term situation.Bukan semua pekerja lama akan bekerja selama-lamanya.One day they will retire,and that time who will work for the organization??hantu ka??just imagine if semua fresh grad are not given chance to work,and therefore they will forever don't have experience?what will happen?By that time baru lah kelam kabut cari workers.Barulah sibuk2 say like this in their vacancy advertised.."on job raining will be provided".Chissss!!!!! LAmbat cerita..

Pihak university pula sepatutnya memberi pendedahan awal kepada pelajar. In whatever form of pendedahan lah..Apa yang mereka fikir sepatunya untuk membantu para pelajar yang bakal grad.In my opinion,semua diploma courses sepatutnya mewajibkan student untuk membuat latihan praktikal..and not only for certain courses.Maybe it's hard for the university to manage that,i know that..but for the students future, apa salahnya..And for kerajaan..i realize that now government is doing this and that in order to decreased the number of unemployed graduate.But,do they realize that there's one think they shouldn't do?? what? I think that government should not keep on extending the retirement age for govt servents. Just imagine,from age of retirement..50years(am i rite?i'm not so sure lah).whatever lah. But from what i know,now the age of retirement for government servents is extended to 55/56 years old!!This mean that they have 5/6 more years to work before retiring. In 5years,more and more student will graduate from university..hmmmm..can't they think of this??haiyah...memanglah fresh grad tidak berpengalaman berbanding dgn pekerja yang dah perpuluhan tahun bekerja,and memang pekerja lama lebih mahir,but maybe youngster are more creative&have more idea..because they're young and active bah.Not to say that old people are not creative enough lah,but working for a long period of time,will make them bored.. mungkin idea pun dah tepu,eheksss..why not,try to employ young people/fresh grad? maybe akan membawa perubahan,pembaharuan&kemajuan,why not rite?? Just give little trust on us laa..for sure we can and able to do it!!We're not that naive&stupid lah,until the government have no confidence in our ability kami..Now i really realize that some of the pihak2 berkenaan langsung tidak yakin pada kebolehan kami.Seperti lah kami ini sudah tidak boleh diharap untuk membangunkan negara..kerajaan lah especially nya.I can say that only private sector yg kadang2 memberi laluan kepada younger generation/fresh grad untuk mencuba nasib.

Hmm..i think that's enough,the more i write,the more aku akan menyinggung pihak2 yang tertentu..Harap maaf dipinta jika ada tersilap kata dan menyinggung perasaan pihak tertentu..This is just my opinion and my thought!! Sekian..
